In addition to exercise, your diet is extremely important to help you lose weight. Besides the fact that it determines what vitamins and minerals your body gets, think about this- it’s MUCH easier to eat 500 fewer calories than to burn off 500 calories in the gym!

This gives you the carbs, vitamins, minerals, and fiber that your body craves. In addition, you should try to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and eat one or two servings of meat or poultry.
