			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I wanted to give you a few tips for flat abs that you may not know about. Even though you may think that some of these tips seem contradictory or like you already know them, I assure you that they work!</p>
<p>I’m going to break all of this down into 5 main tips. Since this will be a pretty short article, I won’t be able to go in depth with each. Still, I think that this will be enough to get you started!</p>
<p>The first- and one of the most important- tips for flat abs that I’d like to give is this- change your attitude! If you don’t have a good attitude about what’s required to be lean, you’re going to struggle. I can almost guarantee that as soon as your first workout gets tough or you’re tempted to eat unhealthy foods, you will give in! That is, unless you have the right attitude.</p>
<p>Another one of the main tips that I have for you is to exercise daily. Even though it may be tempting to just do tons of sit-ups and crunches, that’s not going to help you get flat abs. You may get stronger abs, but if you have any extra fat then you should know that it all burns off at the same rate! So basically if you want lean abs, you have to be lean everywhere else, too. Getting exercise every day will help make that happen.</p>
<p>The third of these tips for flat abs builds on the second. You should work out daily, but it has to be the right type of workout! If you simply spend an hour on the treadmill every morning, that’s not going to cut it. Instead you have to do things that build up stronger muscles. This will help you burn fat 24/7. <p>The fifth and final tip for flat abs is to avoid a lot of sugar or salt! These are much worse for your body than you might expect, so you should avoid them at all costs. I understand that you might slip up at times, but you have the best chance of getting flat abs if you avoid these substances.</p>

You see even though these exercises can make your abs stronger, they aren’t necessarily going to help you burn belly fat.<br />
Instead, you have to focus on exercises that build muscle. The more muscle that you have, the more calories and fat you are going to burn. It’s that simple!<br />
Don’t worry about getting huge if you don’t want to. Just from doing strength-building workouts, you are not going to get very big. The only time that people get extremely big is if they spend a ton of time in the gym and eat a ton of calories. You’d be amazed at how much you have to eat to maintain a lot of muscles like that!</p>
<p>All of that said, let me get to those good exercises to lose belly fat. You should probably look up how to do these on YouTube or something, but I’ll do my best to explain each one.<br />
The first thing that I recommend is the pull-up. If there is one exercise that is neglected by most people, it’s this one! The thing is, this works out your entire body including your abs. Because it uses so many muscles, it is extremely effective for increasing your metabolism. The higher your metabolism, the more fat you’re going to lose.<br />
The only problem with pull-ups is that you need a pull-up bar. Your gym will most likely have one, or you can purchase one for your home to go in a doorway. If you can’t do any pull-ups without help, consider using a chair. An assisted pull-ups is better than nothing!<br />
Another one of the good exercises to lose belly fat that I want to cover is the clean. This is basically where you bend your knees, grab a barbell, and then stand up while lifting up the barbell to your chest. Because this has high potential to hurt your back, you probably want to do this with someone who knows what they’re doing!<br />
Again, this will build strong muscles and greatly boost your metabolism. That’s why this is so helpful to burn fat quickly.<br />
Finally, you should definitely do squats. These work the largest muscles in your entire body, so it is guaranteed to help you burn fat very quickly! The stronger your quads get, the more fat you will burn. Since this burns fat everywhere, you’ll have a flatter belly in no time!<br />
